Get to know me:

As a therapist, I believe in the importance of fostering a warm and safe environment where clients can feel heard and supported. Outside of the therapy room, I spending time with my cats, exploring new shops and restaurants, and traveling. Quality time with family and is essential to me, as it enriches my perspective and enhances my ability to connect with others. I am dedicated to empowering my clients throughout their journey, ensuring they feel valued and understood every step of the way.

My Story

Do you feel like you’re constantly overthinking, putting pressure on yourself, or trying to hold everything together?

Maybe you’re the person everyone turns to, but internally you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from yourself. You may be navigating anxiety, ADHD, perfectionism, low self-esteem, or a major life transition and wondering how to move forward.

You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. You deserve a space where you can feel understood, supported, and accepted while you learn more about yourself and create meaningful change.

That’s what therapy with me is all about.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate providing therapy to adult women navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, perfectionism, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions.

I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine, collaborative relationship where you can show up as your authentic self. My approach is rooted in Person-Centered Therapy and integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you better understand yourself, explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and move toward a life that feels more aligned with who you are.
