Lyra Client FAQ










Overview
Lyra clients have varying session benefits based on their company, and they are responsible for managing their appointments and associated fees.
Session Benefits
• Different companies offer different numbers of covered sessions.
• Clients must know their specific benefits, which can range from five to fifty sessions per year.
• Companies determine the reset dates for these benefits.
Client Responsibilities
• Clients must fill out forms 24 hours before their first session(the session will be canceled and will need to be rescheduled if forms are not filled out 24 hours in advance).
• Clients are responsible for no-show and late cancellation fees:
• No-show fee: $75 per session.
• Late cancellation fee: $75 if notified less than 48 hours in advance.
• Some companies may cover these fees, but this is not guaranteed.
Appointment Management
• To avoid fees, clients must:
• Notify the provider at least 48 hours in advance to cancel or move an appointment.
• Late cancellations or no-shows lead to fees to maintain therapist schedules.
Documentation Process
• Clients must use the Simple Practice website for necessary forms.
• Providers do not have access to Lyra documentation; clients must manage their paperwork through both platforms.
