May Challenge

In May- I shut off subscriptions to almost everything, I don’t have my notifications on for anything but phone calls and banking now.. deleted most apps, have less that 200 numbers in my phone, sold my TV, got rid of probably 1/2 of the stuff I had … and have been able to do the best workouts, stay on task, manage my routines, increase my sleep, eat healthier, feel peace… I never realized how much I was running from grief/pain etc… or from responsibilities until that’s all you have in front of you. You have to face it, deal with bitterness, resentments… it keeps you from dragging them in to the future like back taxes someone else has to pay for your history… even if it isn’t your fault, it’s still your responsibility.
